What ideas about presentation skills did you think about as Sir Ken Robinson presented his ideas about education?
Well Sir Ken Robinson gave out a lot of information, but still kept the presentation fun and exciting. He got his message through, but in a different kind of way. He used his humor and knowledge to get his point across to the audience. Some ideas about presentation skills did flow through my mind well watching Sir Ken Robinson's presentation. Like how using different methods to get your message across, involving sense of humor to get the audience laughing, giving facts but giving them in a fun and exciting way.
How could you incorporate what you saw into your own TED talk?
After watching and listening to Sir Ken Robinsons presentation, I think I would use the same method he did to get my point across about whatever it is that I am informing people of. I would let people know what I thought about it, I would give them facts and information about it, and do that using a bit of humor to keep the audience interested.
How did Sir Ken Robinson's talk resonate with you?
I watched the video of Sir Ken Robinsons presentation and I honestly loved it. It was something I did not mind one bit watching, and it was very interesting. He made me laugh, and I was still able to understand everything he was talking about. I loved the video, and would for sure watch another one of his presentations.
How might not Genius Hour support Ken Robinson's idea about how to change education?
I personally think Ken Robinson's idea about education would support genius hour. In his presentation he explained how important teachers, and their teaching is. So, doing Genius Hour is expanding our minds, we are learning a lot, and we get to help others out. Now I can not really answer what is being asked, because I think Genius Hour does support his idea about how to change education.
